Position Overview

As a Store Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of the leadership team, supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving performance, team development, and operational excellence. You’ll help lead a high-energy team, coach teammates, and ensure a premium customer experience while taking ownership of a designated area of responsibility within the store.

Your Responsibilities

• Sales & Omni-Channel Engagement
• Support daily sales goals and omni-channel initiatives
• Guide customers through product features to drive conversion and loyalty
• Monitor sales trends and suggest strategies for growth
• Customer Experience & Brand Representation
• Train and mentor teammates on delivering the Under Armour service model
• Champion a customer-first mindset and ensure brand consistency on the floor
• Operational Excellence
• Oversee day-to-day store functions and merchandising standards
• Ensure accurate and efficient execution of stock handling and store procedures
• Maintain compliance with loss prevention policies and safety protocols
• Take on Stock Lead duties when needed
• Report injuries/incidents promptly to store leadership
• Leadership & Team Development
• Communicate goals and priorities clearly to the team
• Lead or co-lead a Division of Responsibility (e.g., Athlete Experience, Operations, Merchandising, Brand)
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and performance feedback

Who You Are

• Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable with mobile and digital retail tools
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior retail leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Experience in sportswear or footwear retail
• Familiarity with retail operations, visual merchandising, and safety practices
