As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role during our busiest seasons by delivering excellent service and creating a great shopping experience. Whether on the sales floor or behind the scenes, your energy and teamwork will help drive results.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and checkout
• Recommend gear based on customers’ needs and product knowledge
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store
• Support back-of-house operations as needed
• Ensure compliance with store policies and service standards

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (18+ in CA)
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends & holidays
• Comfortable using tech like mobile devices and POS systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move around the store during shifts

Preferred But Not Required

• Experience in retail or customer service
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced team environment
