Job Summary of Delivery Team Member:

Delivery Team Member at Kelly Services are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.The Delivery Team Member is responsible for safely transporting goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role includes loading and unloading packages, verifying delivery information, collecting payments or signatures when necessary, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities of Delivery Team Member:

• Deliver a wide selection of products to different locations employing different transportation routes.
• Follow established routes and schedules. Conduct loading, unloading, checking, and driving tasks for a delivery truck.
• Encourage clients to offer their thoughts on the quality of the services provided and ensure any complaints are resolved effectively.
• Detailed accounts and comprehensive reporting.

Qualifications of Delivery Team Member:

• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver.
• Valid professional driver’s license.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good driving record with no traffic violations.
