In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. In addition, you will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, as well as onboarding new hires. Are you ready to shape the future of shopping and get it done with us?

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who enjoys engaging with customers and store teams in a warm, upbeat way
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, and standing for long periods
• Has reliable transportation to get to and from the job site
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience preferred
• Background in leading and training others is a plus
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to log work at the end of each shift
• Strong people skills and a passion for delivering great customer service
• Self-driven, action-oriented, and results-focused
• Able to work well solo, but also thrives in a team setting
• Committed to maintaining a safe working environment at all times
