Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you'll play an essential role in driving store performance by delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect Under Armour’s brand values. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll support daily store operations and take on Stock Specialist duties when needed.

Your Contribution

• Sales & Omni-Channel Support
• Engage directly with customers ("Athletes") to help meet store sales and performance goals
• Fulfill omni-channel orders according to Under Armour’s policies and procedures using digital tools
• Customer Experience & Brand Representation
• Embody the Under Armour service philosophy in every customer interaction
• Share brand stories and product information following UA’s service standards
• Apply product knowledge gained through training to enhance the shopping experience
• Store Operations
• Keep merchandise and store layout in line with brand standards
• Follow all operational policies and cash handling procedures
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to attendance expectations
• Commit to scheduled work hours as outlined in company policy
• Teamwork & Growth
• Work closely with teammates to achieve shared goals
• Take ownership of your professional development and look for ways to improve performance

Qualifications

• Basic reading, math, listening, and communication skills
• Proficient in the local language and comfortable using computers/technology
• Team-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Experience Requirements
• 0–3 months of experience in retail, preferably in sportswear or footwear
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs (12 kg) and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Must be able to move freely throughout all store areas including stockrooms and register zones
