Job Summary of Merchandise Assistant:

Exceptional customer service and efficient store operations hinge on the role of the Merchandise Assistant at Goodwill. This position involves assisting customers with their shopping requirements, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring a well-organized and tidy retail setting.

Responsibilities of Merchandise Assistant:

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries or locating items.
Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
Store Clerk major duties include maintaining cleanliness of sales floor, receiving incoming donations and issuing receipts, greet and assist donors/customers
Cashier duties include ringing up all sales transactions, operating cash register, greeting and assisting customers/donors.

Both full-time and part-time slots are open for recruitment, allowing for flexibility in scheduling among interested candidates.
