Limitation of Liability and User Content Oversight

Spot Talent Hub serves exclusively as an intermediary for the distribution of User Content and disclaims any responsibility for verifying its accuracy, legality, or completeness. As a result, Spot Talent Hub will not be held liable for any content posted by users. You understand that there is a possibility of encountering content that is incorrect, misleading, unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate. It is your responsibility to verify the quality, truthfulness, and legal compliance of the content. Any reliance on User Content is made entirely at your own risk.

Although Spot Talent Hub is not required to monitor User Content, it reserves the right to remove, reject, or suspend content or accounts that violate this Agreement, breach other agreements with Spot Talent Hub, violate applicable laws, infringe on third-party rights, or create potential harm or liability for Spot Talent Hub. User Interaction Risks and Acknowledgment

By using Spot Talent Hub, you acknowledge that the platform is not responsible for verifying the identity or authenticity of other users. It is not Spot Talent Hub’s responsibility to confirm the legitimacy of users. You are expected to conduct your own research and verification before engaging with other users, whether they are job seekers, employers, recruitment firms, or consultants.

You assume full responsibility for any risks involved in interacting with other users. If any disputes or issues arise from these interactions, you agree to handle and resolve them directly with the other party involved.

By continuing to use Spot Talent Hub, you agree to indemnify and release Spot Talent Hub, its affiliates, employees, agents, and directors from any form of liability, loss, or damages, whether they are direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, and whether they were anticipated or not, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Disclosure of User Content and Third-Party Information

Spot Talent Hub reserves the right to share User Content and any related details about the individual providing the Content with third parties. This disclosure may occur during the operation of our Services, the enforcement of any agreements, fulfilling legal requirements, or in response to inquiries from governmental bodies, law enforcement agencies, court orders, subpoenas, or other similar legal processes.
